Effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology on the adverse reactions of postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology on the adverse reactions of postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer.Methods A total of 62 postoperative breast cancer patients treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Chinese Medicine from July 2019 to June 2021 were selected.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group and experimental group,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was given routine hospital nursing,and the experimental group were given umbilical moxibustion therapy,hot dumpling with traditional Chinese medicine,and ear point pressure bean nursing technology.The total incidence of postoperative chemotherapy adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total incidence of adverse reactions in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,physiological function,emotional function,social function,physical pain,energy,mental health,and general health in experimental group were higher than those before treatment,and those in experimental group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative chemotherapy adverse reactions in breast cancer patients,and further improve the quality of life.
