Application of precision health education program in patients with gest-ational diabetes mellitus
Objective To analyze application effect of precision health education program in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods One hundred and four patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Huaian First People's Hospital from of Jiangsu Province January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into control group and observation group by using a random number table method,with 52 cases in each group.Control group received routine health education,while observation group received precise health education.The state-trait anxiety inventory scores,health promoting lifestyle profile-Ⅱ scores and blood glucose related indicators levels between two groups before and after nursing care were compared.Results After nursing,state anxiety inventory(S-AI),trait anxiety inventory(T-AI)scores,hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c),fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)levels in two groups were lower than those before nursing,while nutrition(N),stress management(SM),health responsibility(HR)scores in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and S-AI,T-AI scores,HbA1c,FPG and 2hPG levels in observation group were lower than those in control group,while N,SM,and HR scores in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Precision health education program applied to diabetes patients during pregnancy can effectively improve their anxiety state,promote patients to choose a healthy lifestyle,and achieve ideal blood sugar control effect.
