基于"互联网+"的5A护理模式对炎症性肠病患者的影响研究

摘要
目的 分析基于"互联网+"的5A护理模式对炎症性肠病(IBD)患者的影响.方法 选取2021年7月至2022年6月浙江省温州市中心医院收治的60例IBD患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各30例.对照组采用常规护理措施,研究组进行基于"互联网+"的5A护理模式,观察两组护理前后自我管理能力、生活质量、心理状态情况.结果 护理后,两组自我管理能力各项评分及总分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组生活质量各项评分及总分高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05);两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表、汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 IBD患者使用基于"互联网+"的5A护理模式,可增强其自我管理能力,具有较好的使用效果.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the influence of 5A nursing mode based on"Internet+"on patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD).Methods A total of 60 IBD patients admitted to Wenzhou Central Hospital,Zhejiang Province from July 2021 to June 2022 were selected,they were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted routine nursing measures,and the study group adopted 5A nursing mode based on"Internet+",the self-management ability,quality of life,and mental state of the two groups were observed before and after nursing.Results After nursing,the scores of self-management ability and total scores in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The scores of quality of life and total scores in two groups were higher than those of before nursing,and those of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The 5A nursing mode based on"Internet+"for IBD patients can enhance their self-management ability and have a good effect.
