Research progress on interventional treatment methods for Stanford type B aortic dissection in the proximal poorly anchored area
The interventional treatment methods of Stanford type B aortic dissection in the proximal poorly anchored zone mainly includes the reconstruction of the superior aortic arch branch artery and the reconstruction of the non-superior aortic arch branch artery. The incidence of adverse events was lower with the reconstruction of superior aortic branch artery than with the reconstruction of the non-superior aortic arch branch artery. There are many kinds of interventional treatment methods for the reconstruction of the superior aortic branch artery, and different interventional treatment methods also have different effects on the efficacy of thoracic aortic endovascular repair. This paper reviews and analyzes different interventional treatment method,in order to further analyze and summarize the advantages and disadvantages, and clinical efficacy of different interventional treatment method in the treatment of Stanford type B aortic dissection in the proximal poorly anchored zone,so as to provide feasible reference for clinical surgical decision-making.
