Research progress of intestinal flora in the treatment of hyperuricemia
Intestinal microbiota colonizes the human gut,and its structural changes or imbalances can participate in purine metabolism, enzyme synthesis and the release of inflammatory cytokines, thereby causing metabolic disorders, which is closely related to the occurrence and development of hyperuricemia.Taking intestinal flora as the entry point to explore the pathogenesis of hyperuricemia has become a new research hotspot. This paper reviews the research status and progress of different types of intestinal flora in the pathogenesis of hyperuricemia, and summarizes the specific mechanism of intestinal flora in directly reducing uric acid production, and it can increase purine metabolism and affect amino acid transport and increase uric acid excretion,so as to provide new ideas for the future treatment of hyperuricemia
