番石榴及其提取物抗炎机制的研究进展

炎症是身体的防御机制,可分为慢性和急性,而抗炎药物的研究一直是医学领域的热点之一.目前临床上治疗炎症相关疾病的药物主要是抗生素,但长期使用不仅损害器官还产生耐药性,药物疗效减弱.番石榴及其提取物有潜在的抗炎作用,且毒副作用小,可调节多种靶点带来综合治疗,故通过抑制机体转录因子活化、细胞因子分泌等作用机制,成为炎症疾病治疗的新策略.本文将对近年国内外番石榴及其提取物在炎症性疾病中的抗炎机制进行综述,为临床开发新型、副作用小、耐药性低的辅助抗炎药物提供参考.
Research progress on anti-inflammatory mechanism of Guava and its extracts
Inflammation is the body's defense mechanism,which can be divided into chronic and acute,and the research of anti-inflammatory drugs has been one of the hot spots in the medical field.At present,the main clinical drugs for the treatment of inflammation-related diseases are antibiotics,but long-term use not only damages organs but also produces drug resistance,and the efficacy of drugs is weakened.Guava and its extracts have potential anti-inflammatory effects,with little toxic side effects,and can regulate a variety of targets to bring comprehensive treatment,so by inhibiting the activation of transcription factors,cytokine secretion and other mechanisms of action,it has become a new strategy for the treatment of inflammatory diseases.In this paper,the anti-inflammatory mechanism of guava and its extracts in inflammatory diseases at home and abroad in recent years will be reviewed,and it will provide references for the clinical development of new adjuvant anti-inflammatory drugs with low side effects and drug resistance.
