摘要
目的 可视化分析国内雄激素性秃发(AGA)中医药研究的现状与热点.方法 检索中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普网收录的建库至2022年12月AGA中医药研究相关文献,利用CiteSpace 6.1.R6和VOSviewer 1.6.17软件对该领域的发文量、作者、机构、关键词进行可视化图谱分析.结果 本研究纳入558篇文献,年度发文量呈递增趋势.研究热点为中医证型、治疗方式、作用机制、疗效观察及经验传承,研究趋势为临床疗效和作用机制研究.结论 AGA的中医证型及治法日趋完善,治疗方式日益多元化、综合化,未来可深入探讨中医药治疗AGA的作用机制,并开展高质量临床研究,促进该领域进一步发展.
Abstract
Objective To visually analyze the current situation and hotspot of Chinese medicine research on androgenetic alopecia(AGA)in China.Methods The literature related to Chinese medicine research on AGA was retrieved from the CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP databases from incep-tion to December,2022.CiteSpace 6.1.R6 and VOSviewer 1.6.17 software were used to analyze the number of publications,authors,institutions,and keywords in this field.Results This study included 558 pieces of literature,and the annual number of publications showed an increasing trend.The research focused on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type,treatment mode,mechanism of action,observation of curative effect,and experience inheritance,and the research trend was clinical curative effect and mechanism of action.Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome type and treatment method of AGA are becoming more and more complete,and the treatment methods are becoming more and more diversified and comprehensive.In the future,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of AGA can be further explored,and high-quality clinical studies can be carried out to promote the further development of this field.
