基于数据挖掘探讨沈红权主任治疗便秘用药规律

目的 基于数据挖掘探讨沈红权主任治疗便秘用药规律.方法 选择2020年1月至2023年1月上海中医药大学附属普陀医院沈红权主任门诊诊治为慢性便秘的患者542例作为研究对象.收集其有效病案资料,将其录入古今医案云平台(V2.3.7)执行标准化后进行用药频率、性味、归经分布及关联性、聚类分析和复杂网络分析,挖掘总结沈红权主任用药规律.结果 共纳入处方542首,涉及348味中药.药性主要为平、寒、微寒、温性.药味以甘、苦味为主.归经主要为肝、脾经.高频药物为火麻仁、茯神、川芎、白芍、乌药等.中药功效分析可知清热解毒类的中药使用频次最高.中药配伍关联分析筛选出13条有价值的关联规则.聚类分析得到4类药物,复杂网络分析得到14种核心药物.结论 沈红权主任治疗便秘以"疏肝养阴、清热顺气"为治疗原则,攻补兼施,标本同治.
Exploring the medication rules of Director Shen Hongquan in the treat-ment of constipation based on data mining
Objective To explore the medication rules of Director Shen Hongquan in the treatment of constipation based on data mining.Methods A total of 542 patients with chronic constipation treated by Director Shen Hongquan in the Outpatient Department of Putuo Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.Effective medical record data were collected and entered into the Ancient and Modern Medical Records Cloud Platform(V2.3.7)for standardization.After standardization,drug frequency,nature and flavour,channel tropism distribution and correlation,cluster analysis,and complex network analysis were carried out to explore and summarize the medication rules of Director Shen Hongquan.Results A total of 542 prescriptions were included,in-volving 348 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.The drug natures were mainly flat,cold,slightly cold,and warm.The drug flavours were mainly sweet and bitter.Liver and spleen channels were the main channels.The high frequency drugs were Cannabis Fructus,Poria cocos(Schw.)Wolf,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Linderae Radix,and so on.The analysis of the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicines showed that the use of clearing heat and removing toxicity kind of traditional Chinese medicine was the most frequent.A total of 13 valuable association rules were selected by association analysis of traditional Chinese medicine compatibility.Four types of drugs were obtained by cluster analysis and 14 core drugs were obtained by complex network analysis.Conclusion Director Shen Hongquan treats constipation with the principle of"soothing the liver and nourishing the yin,clearing the heat and smoothing the qi",reinforcement and elimination in combination,and treating both the root and the manifestation cause.
