目的 基于R语言数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗薄型子宫内膜的选穴规律,为临床应用提供依据.方法 通过检索PubMed、EMbase、中国生物医学文献服务系统、Web of Science核心合集数据库、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台和维普网中针灸治疗薄型子宫内膜相关文献,检索年限为建库至2023年3月,根据纳入及排除标准构建处方数据库,使用R语言对取穴聚类和关联规则进行数据挖掘.结果 共纳入36篇文献,提取79个处方;干预措施以针刺加电针和温针灸、针刺加艾灸为主;高频腧穴为三阴交、子宫、关元、足三里、气海;使用频次以胸腹部和下肢部为主;经脉以任脉为主;特定穴以交会穴为主;聚类分析获得3类腧穴聚类群;关联规则分析提示三阴交、子宫、关元、足三里、气海之间存在强关联.结论 该研究以局部选穴为主,多选取胸腹部和下肢部的腧穴,推荐三阴交、子宫、关元、足三里、气海为核心腧穴,针刺、电针、温针灸等多种疗法综合运用.
Analysis of the acupoint selection rule in the treatment of thin endometri-um by acupuncture and moxibustion based on R language
Objective To analyze the acupoint selection rule in the treatment of thin endometrium by acupuncture and moxibustion based on R language data mining technology,and to provide basis for clinical application.Methods Literature related to acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of thin endometrium was searched in PubMed,EMbase,SinoMed,Web of Science Core Collection database,CNKI,Wanfang Data,and VIP,and the search period was from the inception to March 2023.The prescription database was constructed according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and R language was used for data mining of point selection clustering and association rules.Results A total of 36 literatures were included,and 79 prescriptions were extracted.The main intervention measures were acupuncture plus electric acupuncture and warm acupuncture,acupuncture plus moxibustion.The high frequency acupoints were sānyīnjiāo,zīgōng,guānyuán,zúsānlǐ,qìhǎi.The frequency of use was mainly in the chest,abdomen and lower limbs.The main channel was conception channel.The specific point was m ainly crossing point.Three types of acupoint clusters were obtained by clustering analysis.Association rule analysis suggested that there was a strong correlation among sānyīnjiāo,zīgōng,guānyuán,zúsānlǐ,and qìhǎi.Conclusion The study mainly selected points in the local area,mainly in the chest,abdomen and lower limbs,and recommended sānyīnjiāo,zīgōng,guānyuán,zúsānlǐ,and qìhǎi as the core points,acupuncture,electric acupuncture,warm acupuncture and other therapies for comprehensive use.
