Drugs and radiofrequency ablation are main treatment methods of premature ventricular contractions at present,with certain limitations.Traditional Chinese medicine has advantages of individual treatment,multiple targets,and multiple pathways.This paper will analyse typical case to discuss the human experience of treating premature ventricular contractions with traditional Chinese medicine.In this case,the patient had repeated premature ventricular contractions due to poor lifestyle and poor compliance.Professor Weng Weiliang conducted syndrome differentiation from qi,blood,yin and yang,strengthening vital qi to eliminate pathogenic factor,and giving consideration to both manifestation and root cause,and achieved good results.Professor Weng Weiliang believes that the pathogenesis of premature ventricular contractions is mainly the obstruction of qi and blood and the imbalance of yin and yang.Pay attention to the whole concept,that the heart palpitation is closely related to liver and kidney,pay attention to the treatment of double heart homology,communication heart and kidney.
