Effect of filiform fire needle warm-dredging method combined with Mifepri-stone on adenomyosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis
Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of filiform fire needle warm-dredging method combined with Mifepristone on adenomyosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.Methods A total of 80 patients with adenomyosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in Sanhe City Hospital of Hebei Province from September 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into treatment group and con-trol group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Mifepristone(taking medicine from the first day of menstruation to the end of menstruation),and the treatment group was treated with the filiform fire needle on the basis of the control group(continuous treatment for seven days from the first day of menstruation),after continuous treatment for three menstrual cycles,the bleeding days,pictorial blood loss assessment chart(PBAC)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,and uterine volume before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions during treatment was recorded.Results After treatment,the bleeding days,total PBAC score,and VAS score in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of treatment group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the uterine volume of the two groups was smaller than that before treatment,and that of treatment group was smaller than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of adenomyosis with syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis with the combination of filiform fire needle warm-dredging method and Mifepristone has good clinical effect,less adverse reactions,and high safety.
