Exploration the syndrome differentiation and treatment of perimenopausal period metrorrhagia and metrostaxis based on"collaterals disease theory"
The collaterals are a network structure covering the entire body's internal organs, the"collateral disease theory"is based on the cha-racteristics of collaterals, emphasizing that"the onset of the disease is in qi"and"prolonged illness invading the collaterals".Perimenopausal period metrorrhagia and metrostaxis is a bleeding disease that occurs due to the special biased state of women at this stage, and its etiology can be classified as"deficiency"and"stasis".The collateral disease theory is closely related to the pathological characteristics of female diseases.According to the collateral disease theory, the disease is located in the cellular collaterals, and its pathogenesis is"collateral deficiency causing disease"and"collateral stasis causing disease".In terms of treatment, attention should be paid to"purgation-tonifying",by tonifying the three organs of the liver, spleen, and kidney, combined with promoting blood stasis, restoring the circulation of collaterals, correcting bleeding, and preventing the recurrence of diseases.Analyzing perimenopausal period metrorrhagia and metrostaxis from the perspective of"collateral disease theory"can further understand the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease, and has inspired and guiding significance for treatment.
