Effect of continuous improvement based on communication feedback in rehabilitation nursing of patients with traumatic brain injury
Objective To study the effect of continuous improvement based on communication feedback in rehabilitation nursing of patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods A total of 130 patients with intracranial injury in Bozhou People's Hospital,Anhui Province from January 2021 to March 2023 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 65 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group adopted the continuous improvement based on communication feedback nursing intervention mode.Both groups were treated for one month.The psychological status(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS]),neurological impairment(National Institute of Health stroke scale[NIHSS]),activity ability(functional independence mea-sure[FIM]),quality of life(generic quality of life inventory-74[GQOLI-74])of the two groups were compared before nursing and one month after nursing,the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared.Results After one month of nursing,the scores of SAS,SDS,and NIHSS were lower than those before nursing,and the scores of GQOLI-74 and FIM were higher than those before nursing,and the SAS,SDS,and NIHSS scores in observation group were lower than those in the control group,GQOLI-74 and FIM scores were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05);after one month of nursing,the nursing satisfaction in observation group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The continuous improvement nursing model based on communication feedback can alleviate patients'anxiety and depression,accelerate the recovery of neurologi-cal function,promote the improvement of patients'activity ability and quality of life,and the nursing satisfaction is high,and the nursing effect is good.
