Application effect of holistic intervention based on reshaping individual health behavior habits in patients with coronary heart disease
Objective To explore the effect of holistic intervention based on reshaping individual health behavior habits in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to the Huaian First People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from September 2020 to September 2022 were selected and they were divided into two groups,with 60 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group received routine care,and the observation group received routine care plus holistic intervention based on individual health behavior and habit.Both groups were given intervention lasting three months.The scores of mental states(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS]and self-rating depression scale[SDS]),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSOI)before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.The score of self-management ability,compliance behavior,coronary heart disease knowledge score,and self-efficacy score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of SAS,SDS and PSQI in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-management ability in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the compliance behavior score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the coronary heart disease knowledge score and self-efficacy score of the two groups were higher than those before in-tervention,and the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall intervention based on reshap-ing individual health behavior habits could effectively improve the psychological state and sleep quality of patients with coronary heart disease,en-hance their mastery of coronary heart disease knowledge,self-efficacy,compliance behavior,and self-management ability.
