Clinical application effect of subjective holistic nutrition assessment nursing in patients with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer
Objective To explore the clinical application effect of subjective holistic assessment nutrition nursing in patients with radiotherapy for esophageal cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients receiving radiotherapy for esophageal cancer in Huaian First People's Hospital from April 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the observation objects.01-110 cases were numbered in sequence,55 cases in the reference group(singular)took routine rehabilitation nursing measures,and 55 cases in the intervention group(even number)took subjective holistic nutrition assessment nursing measures.Before intervention and four weeks after intervention,cancer fatigue,nutrition index,complications and other indicators were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After four weeks of intervention,the cancer fatigue scores of the two groups were lower than that before intervention,and the score of the intervention group was lower than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After four weeks of intervention,the nutritional indexs of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the intervention group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complication in the intervention group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Subjective overall nutrition assessment nursing intervention can reduce the degree of esophageal cancer radiotherapy patients,maintain the normal nutritional indicators,and reduce the rate of complications.
