Influence on continuous multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment on anxiety, depression, and functional recovery in patients with cerebral in-farction after interventional surgery
Objective To explore influence on continuous multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment on anxiety, depression, and functional recovery in patients with cerebral infarction after interventional surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral infarction received treatment at De-partment of Neurosurgery in Chongming Hospital Affiliated to Shanghai University of Medicine & Health Sciences from September 2022 to February 2023 were selected as research subjects. They were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group.Control group received routine care, experimental group received continuous multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment on the basis of control group, with intervention period of three months.Psychological status, limb function, daily living activity ability, and neurological function of two groups before and after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the scores of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale, and National Institutes of Health stroke scale in two groups were lower than those before intervention, and experimental group was lower than control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of Fugl-Meyer motor function scale and activities of daily living assessment scale in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and experimental group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of continuous multidisci-plinary diagnosis and treatment in patients with cerebral infarction after interventional surgery can significantly improve their psychological state, enhance their limb motor function and daily living ability, and accelerate their neurological function recovery.
