Influence of mental rehabilitation nursing model on the cognition and rehabilitation level of schizophrenia patients under the theory of positive psychology
Objective To analyze the effect of mental rehabilitation nursing for patients with schizophrenia under the theory of positive psychology.Methods A total of 78 patients with schizophrenia admitted to the Anqing Sixth People's Hospital,Anhui Province from February 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received conventional mental rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received mental rehabilitation nursing based on positive psychology theory on the basis of the control group,and both groups intervened for eight weeks.The improvement of cog-nitive function,behavior disorder,and rehabilitation level of the two groups before and after nursing were observed.Results After intervention,the scores of working memory,verbal memory,and executive function in both groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the obser-vation group were higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the positive score of the two groups were higher than those before in-tervention,and the negative score was lower than that before intervention,and the positive score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative score was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the severity of the disease and the score of the general evaluation scale were lower than those before intervention,and the score of the curative effect index were higher than those before in-tervention,and the severity of the disease and the score of the general evaluation scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of the curative effect index was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Mental rehabilitation nursing un-der positive psychology theory is effective and helpful to the rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia.
