Application effect of wechat live broadcast on key nodes in intestinal preparation of outpatient colonoscopy subjects based on interactive com-pliance theory
Objective To observe the application effect of wechat live broadcast on key nodes in intestinal preparation of outpatient colonoscopy subjects based on interactive compliance theory.Methods A total of 106 outpatient colonoscopy subjects admitted to Hangzhou First People's Hos-pital from August 2021 to August 2023 were selected,they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the study group received wechat live broadcast on key nodes based on interactive standard theory.The Boston bowel preparation scale(BBPS)scores of left colon,right colon,and transverse colon,qualification rate of intestinal preparation,cecal intubation rate,satisfaction rate of intestinal preparation,and adverse reactions were compared be-tween the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in BBPS scores of right colon and transverse colon between the two groups(P＞0.05).The left colon BBPS score,total BBPS score,and intestinal preparation pass rate of study group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The rate of cecal intubation,intestinal preparation satisfaction in study group were higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Wechat live broadcast on key nodes based on interactive standard theory can improve the quality of intestinal preparation,cecal intubation rate,satisfaction with intestinal preparation of colonoscopy subjects,and reduce adverse reactions.
