Research progress on the effect of micro ribonucleic acid on the function of vascular endothelial cells in liver cancer
Vascular endothelial cells are single-cell layers lined on the inner wall of blood vessels. After activation, they can enhance the prolifer-ation and invasiveness of liver cancer cells, forming new blood vessels through proliferation, migration, and other methods, promoting the recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer.MicroRNA(miRNA)plays an important regulatory role in the function of vascular endothelial cells, and its transcrip-tion can inhibit or promote the proliferation of vascular endothelial cells, affecting the prognosis of liver cancer patients. The miR-126,miR-155,miR-21,and miR-221/222 are common miRNAs that regulate endothelial cell function. These different types of miRNAs can affect endothelial cell function in liver cancer patients through different mechanisms, thereby regulating the proliferation and metastasis of liver cancer cells. Therefore, elucidating the specific mechanisms by which different types of miRNAs regulate the function of vascular endothelial cells will be of great signifi-cance for the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis evaluation of liver cancer.
