铁死亡的相关机制及其对糖尿病肾病影响的研究进展

铁死亡是一种以细胞内铁依赖性的氧化应激及脂质过氧化为特征的细胞死亡方式,以氧化还原失衡为主要特征.在糖尿病患者肾组织中发现铁沉积,在体内外实验中,使用铁死亡抑制剂或激活剂可调节疾病进展.在糖尿病及其并发症中氧化应激、脂质代谢异常至关重要.因此,本文围绕铁死亡机制、关键信号通路与糖尿病肾病之间的研究进展进行综述,为糖尿病肾病的治疗提供新思路.
Research progress on the mechanism of ferroptosis and its effect on diabetic nephropathy
Ferroptosis is a type of cell death characterized by intracellular iron-dependent oxidative stress and lipid peroxidation,with redox imbalance as the main feature.Iron deposition are found in the kidney tissue of diabetic mellitus patients,and in vivo and in vitro experiments,the use of ferroptosis inhibitors or activators modulates disease progression.Oxidative stress and abnormal lipid metabolism are very important in diabetes mellitus and its complications.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress on the mechanism of ferroptosis,key signaling pathways and diabetic nephropathy,providing new ideas for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
