Application progress of enhanced recovery after surgery-guided nutrition management in patients with gastric cancer surgery
Enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)can reduce stress response of patients by optimizing nursing intervention under evi-dence-based theory support,so as to achieve rapid recovery.Gastric cancer belongs to clinical multiple tumors and surgical resection is the pre-ferred treatment.Current research results show that malnutrition in patients with gastric cancer is often caused by diseases, treatment measures, stress response of patients and other factors, which affects postoperative rehabilitation of patients.ERAS can relieve the postoperative stress re-sponse and improves the postoperative pain and complications through early nutritional risk assessment, nutritional screening and diagnosis,intra-venous delivery of nutrient solution, postoperative enteral nutrition intervention, appropriate rehabilitation exercise, and other multi-mode nursing interventions for patients with gastric cancer during perioperative period, thereby promoting patients to return to normal life. Therefore, development of effective intervention measures through ERAS theory is of great significance for improving the prognosis of patients with gastric cancer.
