Current status and correlation analysis between subjective well-being and psychological resilience in peritoneal dialysis patients
Objective To explore the relationship between subjective well-being and psychological resilience in peritoneal dialysis patients,and to provide reference for improving their psychological resilience.Methods A total of 310 peritoneal dialysis patients from Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital,Longhua Hospital Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Shanghai Tongji Hospital,and Shanghai Sixth People's Hospital were sampled by cross-sectional investigation method from October 2022 to February 2023.General data questionnaire,general well-being scale,Chinese version of Connor-Davidson resilience scale were used to investigate,and correlation analysis was carried out.Results A total of 310 ques-tionnaires were sent out,and 304 were effectively collected,with an effective recovery rate of 98.1%.The subjective well-being score of 304 pa-tients with peritoneal dialysis was(72.07±6.45),which was at medium and high level.The score of psychological resilience was(39.84±18.20),which was at low level.The subjective well-being of patients with abdominal dialysis was positively correlated with the total scores of mental re-silience(r=0.634,P<0.05),and the scores of all dimensions were positively correlated(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusion Medical staff should pay at-tention to the subjective well-being of patients with peritoneal dialysis,and implement psychological intervention to improve the psychological re-silience of patients and improve psychosocial outcomes.
