Analysis of status and influencing factors of self-regulation fatigue in pa-tients with chronic kidney disease
Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of self-regulated fatigue in patients with chronic kidney disease. Methods A total of 250 patients with chronic kidney disease who were treated for the first time in the Hefei Eighth People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects. The status of patients'self-regulated fatigue was investigated by general data questionnaire, general self-efficacy scale, brief illness perception questionnaire,self-regulated fatigue scale, and medical coping modes questionnaire, and the in-fluencing factors were analyzed by multiple regression analysis. Results The self-regulated fatigue scale total score of 250 patients was(56.14±13.68)points.In Pearson analysis,patients'self-regulated fatigue score was positively correlated with the total score of brief illness perception questionnaire(r=0.672,P<0.001),negatively correlated with the total score of general self-efficacy scale(r=-0.616,P<0.001),and negatively cor-related with the face in medical coping modes questionnaire(r=-0.476,P<0.001),it was positively correlated with avoidance(r=0.472,P<0.001)and yield(r=0.630,P<0.001).The self-regulation fatigue scale scores of patients with chronic pain were compared among different gender,age,e-ducation level, family per capita annual income, medical payment method, number of comorbidities, and chronic pain or not,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Education level, simple disease perception questionnaire, general self-efficacy scale, number of comorbidities, chronic pain, annual household income, face, avoidance and submission in the medical coping modes questionnaire were the influencing factors of self-regulated fatigue in patients with chronic kidney disease(R2=0.797,adjusted R2=0.775,F=101.362,P<0.001).Conclusion Patients with chronic kidney disease have a high degree of self-regulated fatigue, and medical staff actively encourage them to improve their self-efficacy.
