Effect of Yiqi Fumai for injection combined with Atorvastatin on coagula-tion function and hemorheology in coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris with syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency
Objective To observe the effect of Yiqi Fumai for injection combined with Atorvastatin on coagulation function and hemorheology in coronary heart disease patients with angina pectoris with syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency.Methods A total of 256 coronary heart dis-ease patients with angina pectoris with syndrome of blood stasis due to qi deficiency were selected from Jiaozhou Central Hospital of Qingdao from January 2022 to January 2023,and they were divided into control group(Atorvastatin treatment)and study group(Yiqi Fumai for injection com-bined with Atorvastatin treatment)according to random number table method,with 128 cases in each group.After 14 days of treatment,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,angina pectoris(weekly attack number,duration of single at-tack),coagulation function(fibrinogen[FIB],prothrombin time[PT],activated partial thromboplastin time[APTT],and thrombin time[TT]),hemorheological indexes(whole blood high tangential viscosity,whole blood low tangential viscosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,and platelet ag-gregation rate)were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups during treatment were recorded.Results The clinical effect of the study group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,weekly attack number,FIB,whole blood high tangential viscosity,whole blood low tangential vis-cosity,plasma viscosity,hematocrit,and platelet aggregation rate in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of study group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the duration of single attack,PT,APTT,and TT in both groups were shorter than those before treatment,and PT,APTT,and TT of study group were shorter than those of control group(P＜0.05).No obvious adverse reactions oc-curred in both groups during treatment.Conclusion Yiqi Fumai for injection combined with Atorvastatin can relieve clinical symptoms and angina pectoris in coronary heart disease patients with coronary heart disease,which may be related to improving coagulation function and hemorheology indexes.
