保儿宁口服液联合耳穴贴压治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染肺脾气虚证的临床研究

摘要
目的 研究保儿宁口服液联合耳穴贴压治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染肺脾气虚证的临床效果.方法 选择2022年2月至2023年2月江苏省江阴市中医院收治的106例反复呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各53例.对照组接受保儿宁口服液治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合耳穴贴压治疗.两组均治疗8个疗程(6 d为1个疗程).比较两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前后中医证候评分、炎症因子、血清学指标、免疫功能;比较两组不良反应发生率.结果 研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后,两组中医症候评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α、人类β-防御素2低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P＜0.05);白细胞介素-2、分泌型免疫球蛋白A、CD3+、免疫球蛋白G高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 保儿宁口服液联合耳穴贴压治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染肺脾气虚证效果确切,可改善患儿临床症状、免疫功能,减轻炎症反应,调节血清sIgA、人类β-防御素2表达,且安全可靠.
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of Baoer Ning Oral Iiquid combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children with pulmonary qi deficiency syndrome.Methods A total of 106 children with recurrent respiratory tract in-fection admitted to Jiangyin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Jiangsu Province from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as ob-ject,and they were divided into study group and control group by random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Baoer Ning Oral Liquid,and study group combined with auricular point sticking treatment on the basis of control group.Both groups were treated for eight courses(one course on six days).The clinical effect of the two groups was compared;traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,inflammatory factors,serological indexes,and immune function were compared between two groups before and after treatment;and the inci-dence of adverse reactions was compared between two groups.Results The clinical efficacy of study group was better than that of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,tumor necrosis factor-α,and human β-defensin-2 in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of study group were lower than those of control group;interleukin-2,secreted immunoglobulin A,CD3+,and immunoglobulin G in both groups were higher than those before treatment,and those of study group were higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Baoer Ning Oral Liquid combined with auricular point sticking in the treatment of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children with pulmonary qi deficiency syn-drome is effective,can improve clinical symptoms,immune function,reduce inflammation,regulate serum sIgA,human β-defensin-2 expression,and is safe and reliable.
