Value of Kyoto gastritis classification score combined with acetic acid-in-digo carmine staining magnifying endoscopy in the diagnosis of early gas-tric tumor lesions
Objective To explore the value of Kyoto gastritis classification score combined with acetic acid-indigo carmine staining magnifying en-doscopy in the diagnosis of gastric tumor lesions. Methods Clinical data of 88 high-risk chronic gastritis patients(≥4 points)screened by the Kyoto gastritis classification score in Ningbo Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2019 to August 2023 was retrospectively analyzed. All patients were performed regular high-definition white light gastroscopy examination, and if suspicious lesions were found, acetic acid-indigo carmine staining magnifying endoscopy examination was performed further, and the examination results and pathological results were compared, and the diagnostic value of gastric tumor diseases was analyzed. Results The diagnostic accuracy of stained with acetic acid-indigo carmine in gastric tumor diseases was higher than that before staining. The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity were higher than those before staining. Conclusion Using the Kyoto gastritis classification score for preliminary screening, combined with acetic acid-indigo carmine staining and magnifying en-doscopy for further examination, can more accurately diagnose early gastric tumor diseases, reduce false negatives and false positives, and have higher clinical application value.
