摘要
围绝经期综合征症状繁多、虚实夹杂,临证施治常难一举扫除净尽.基于此,张红教授从气血津液着手,结合围绝经期生理病理特点,提出以"玄府-三焦"理论辨证论治围绝经期综合征.张红教授认为本病核心病机为玄府郁闭、三焦不畅,强调肾阴亏虚为发病基础,气郁、水湿、瘀血为发病关键因素,治疗时应将"开通玄府、畅达三焦"这一治则贯穿始终,根据不同病因施以补虚滋源、理气行滞、运水泄浊、活血化瘀疗法,使气液流通,脏腑安和.本文结合文献系统阐述张红教授基于"玄府-三焦"理论辨证论治围绝经期综合征的经验.
Abstract
The symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome are numerous and intermingled deficiency and excess,making it difficult to completely eliminate them with clinical treatment.Based on this,Professor Zhang Hong starts with qi,blood,and body fluids,combined with the physiological and pathological characteristics of perimenopausal period,and proposes the theory of"xuanfu-sanjiao"to treat perimenopausal syndrome.Professor Zhang Hong believes that the core pathogenesis of this disease is xuanfu stagnation and san jiao obstruction,emphasizing that kidney yin deficiency is the basis of the disease,and qi stagnation,water dampness,and blood stasis are the key factors of the disease.Therefore,the treatment principle of"opening the xuanfu and unblocking the sanjiao"should be integrated throughout the entire process.According to different causes,therapies such as tonifying deficiency and nourishing the source,regulating qi and promoting stagnation,promoting water and turbidity,and promoting blood circu-lation and removing stasis should be applied to promote the circulation of qi and liquid,and to ensure the peace of the organs.This article systemat-ically elaborates on Professor Zhang Hong's experience in treating perimenopausal syndrome based on the"xuanfu-sanjiao"theory,combining lit-erature review.
