Application value of emergency nursing process based on mind mapping in emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction
Objective To study the application value of emergency nursing process based on mind mapping in emergency treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 80 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated in Bozhou People's Hospital,Anhui Province from January to September 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group according to ran-dom number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine emergency nursing process,while the observation group was treated with mind mapping emergency nursing process.The treatment timeliness indexes(the time of symptom onset to door time[SO-to-D],door to balloon[D-to-B],first medical contact to balloon[FMC-to-B],symptom onset to balloon[SO-to-B],emergency room retention,first electrocardiogram,and troponin),the vital signs indexes before and after treatment(systolic blood pressure[SBP],diastolic blood pressure[DBP],heart rate[HR],and respiration[R]),and the short-term treatment effect in hospital were compared between the two groups.Results The time of SO-to-D,D-to-B,FMC-to-B,SO-to-B,emergency room retention,first electrocardiogram,and troponin result time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,SBP,DBP,HR,and R levels in both groups were lower than those be-fore treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The success rate of treatment in the obser-vation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension and left ventricular ejection frac-tion levels two weeks after treatment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The emergency nursing process based on mind mapping helps to shorten the consultation time,promote the recovery of patients'vital signs,improve the success rate of in-hospital treatment for patients with acute myocardial infarction,and improve patients'cardiac function.
