Effect of vessel catheter associated infection prevention intervention guid-ed by management by target theory in patients continuous renal replace-ment therapy
Objective To explore the effect of preventive nursing of vessel catheter associated infection(VCAI)guided by management by target theory in patients with continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT).Methods A total of 102 CRRT patients admitted to Nantong Third Hospital Affiliated to Nantong University from January to December 2022 were selected, and they were divided into target group and control group by random number table method, with 51 cases in each group.Routine nursing was carried out for both groups of patients, and VCAI preventive nursing guided by management by target theory was carried out for the target group at the same time. The occurrence of VC AI was compared between the two groups, and acute physiological and chronic health evaluation Ⅱ(APACHE-Ⅱ)scores were performed before and after intervention. Results The incidence of VC AI in the target group was lower than that in the control group,VC AI appearing time was later than that in the control group,VC AI lasting time was shorter than that in the control group, and catheter indwelling time was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).After inter-vention,the APACHE-Ⅱ scores in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the target group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of VCAI preventive nursing for CRRT patients guided by the management by target theory can significantly reduce the incidence of VCAI,delay the placement of VCAI and shorten the duration, promote the recovery of patients and improve the health status of the body during the treatment process.
