Effect of health promotion illustration method on the degree of disease knowledge acquisition of outpatients with bladder tumor perfusion
Objective To investigate the effect of health promotion illustration method on the degree of disease knowledge acquisition of outpatients with bladder tumor perfusion.Methods A total of 102 patients with bladder tumor who received bladder perfusion treatment in the Outpatient In-fusion Room of Huaian First People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group implemented the usual care intervention,and the observation group implemented the health promotion illustration method intervention on the basis of control group.The compliance behavior,rele-vant knowledge mastery,psychological status,and compliance behavior were compared in the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of disease-related knowledge mastery and compliance in both groups were higher than those before intervention,the those of observation group were higher than those of control group;the scores of anxiety state in both groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of observation group were lower than those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of health promotion illustration method in outpatient bladder tu-mor perfusion patients can effectively improve patients'compliance behavior,enhance patients'knowledge of the disease,and reduce the risk of related complications.
