摘要
目的 探究Snyder希望理论+支持性照护综合护理方案在超声甲状腺结节患者中的应用效果.方法 选择2023年4月至9月北京中医药大学东直门医院80例超声甲状腺结节患者,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,各40例.对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用Snyder希望理论+支持性照护综合护理干预,干预时间为2周.比较两组干预前后中文版Herth希望量表(HHI)评分、家庭关怀度指数(APGAR)评分及自我管理能力评分.结果 干预后,两组HHI评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组APGAR评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组自我管理能力评分高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 Snyder希望理论+支持性照护综合护理方案在超声甲状腺结节患者中的应用效果显著,可以提升患者希望水平、家庭功能与自我管理能力,值得在临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Snyder hope theory+supportive care comprehensive nursing program in ultrasonic thy-roid nodule patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with ultrasonic thyroid nodules were selected from Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine from April to September 2023.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with Snyder hope theory+supportive care comprehensive nursing program,intervention time was two weeks.The scores of Herth hope index(HHI),family APGAR index(APGAR),and self-management ability were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the HHI score of the two groups was higher than that before intervention,and that of observation group was higher those that of the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the APGAR scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The self-management ability scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The Snyder hope theory+supportive care comprehensive nursing program has a significant effect in ultrasonic thyroid nodule patients,which can improve the patients'hope level,family function,and self-management ability,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
