摘要
哥纳香属植物含特征性抗肿瘤活性强的苯乙烯内酯和乙酰精宁类化合物,其作用于肿瘤细胞线粒体膜或线粒体呼吸系统导致细胞凋亡的独特机制引起了极大关注.近年来,从哥纳香属植物中发现了大量具有细胞毒活性的化合物,但相关机制缺乏系统总结,本文对2007年以来哥纳香属植物抗肿瘤机制作一综述,以期为其药物资源的研究提供参考.
Abstract
Goniothalamus genus contains the characteristic components styryl lactone and acetylarginine analogues,which have strong antitumour activity,and their unique action mechanism on the mitochondrial membrane or mitochondrial respiratory system of tumour cells leading to cell apoptosis has attracted great attention.In recent years,a large number of compounds with cytotoxic activity have been discovered from Goniothala-mus genus,but the related mechanisms lack a systematic summary.In this paper,the antitumor mechanism of Goniothalamus genus since 2007 was reviewed in order to provide reference for the research of its drug resources.
