Current situation and influencing factors of nurses job burnout in Intensive Care Unit of Zigong First People's Hospital of Sichuan Province
Objective To determine the current state and influencing factors of nurses job burnout in Intensive Care Unit of Zigong First People's Hospital.Methods A total of 94 nurses in the Intensive Care Unit of the Zigong First People's Hospital,Sichuan Province were selected as the study objects from January to May 2023 by cluster sampling method.General data questionnaire and nurses job burnout scale were used to investigate the subjects.The general data and job burnout of nurses were analyzed by descriptive statistical analysis,and the influencing factors were analyzed by multi-factor logistic regression.Results A total of 117 questionnaires were sent out,94 were valid,and the effective recovery rate was 80.34%.The average total score of job burnout was(46.28±18.32)scores,and the total detection rate of job burnout was 92.55%.Among them,43 cases(45.74%)were in the moderate and severe group,and 51 cases(54.26%)were in the no or mild group.There were statistically significant difference between the two groups of titles,working years,matching degree between work and pay,whether they were complained recently,and frequency of overtime work(P<0.05).Intermediate professional title,frequent overtime work,and recent complaints were all risk factors for nurses job burnout in intensive care unit(P<0.05),and working years of 5-10 years were protective factors for nurses job burnout in intensive care unit(P<0.05).Conclusion The burnout rate of nursing staff in Intensive Care Unit,Zigong First People's Hospital of Sichuan Province is high.Nursing managers should actively take corresponding measures to reduce their job burnout level and make nurses better into nursing work.
