Analysis of influencing factors of perceived vulnerability of family mem-bers of patients with lung cancer
Objective To investigate the status quo and influencing factors of perceived vulnerability of family members of patients with lung can-cer.Methods A total of 171 family members of patients who received lung cancer treatment from May 2022 to April 2023 in the Department of Pulmonary Disease of Qinhuangdao Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.General data survey scale and family burden scale(FBS)were used to investigate them.Multivariate linear regression analysis of the factors affecting the perceived vulnerability of family members of patients with lung cancer.Results The results of FBS scale survey showed that the total score of perceived vulnerability was(23.94±1.22)points.The perceived vulnerability scores of lung cancer patients'family members were statistically significant in terms of family in-come per capita,family burden,family function,coping style,and depression status(P＜0.01).Statistically significant variables were substituted into multivariate linear regression model,and the regression equation was obtained as follows:Y=23.65-0.38X1+0.49X2-0.58X3+0.83X4(X1、X2、X3,and X4 were family per capita income,family burden,family function,and patient depression status,respectively).Conclusion Family members of patients with lung cancer have a high perceived vulnerability level and are affected by factors such as family per capita income,family burden,fam-ily function,and depressed state.Targeted intervention measures should be given to these family members to reduce their perceived vulnerability level.And promote the physical and mental health of patients.
