Investigation on anxiety/depression status and study on the influencing factors in patients with chronic gastritis
Objective To investigate the anxiety/depression status and its influencing factors in patients with chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 95 patients with chronic gastritis admitted to Anhui Medical University Affiliated Fuyang Hospital from April 2021 to June 2023 were selected.According to the results of psychological status investigation,they were divided into anxiety/depression group(40 cases)and normal group(55 cases).The clinical data of the two groups were compared,and the influencing factors of anxiety/depression in patients with chronic gastritis were analyzed by binary logistic regression model.Results The proportion ofpatients with age ≥ 60 years,disease course>12 months,abdominal pain and distension,Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in anxiety/depression group were higher than those in normal group(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that the course of disease(OR=7.061,95%CI:2.377-20.980),abdominal pain and distension(OR=11.913,95%CI:2.385-59.506),Hp infection(OR=8.61 1,95%CI:1.759-42.1 66)were the influencing factors of anxiety/depression(P<0.05).Conclusion Chronic gastritis patients with long course of disease,abdominal pain and distension,and Hp infection are more prone to adverse emotions.Clinical attention should be paid to psychological intervention of high-risk patients to prevent adverse emotions.
