Analysis of status of and influencing factors postoperative fear behavior in patients with femoral head replacement
Objective To explore the analysis of postoperative fear behavior and influencing factors in patients with femoral head replacement. Methods A retrospective study was conducted to select the data of 102 patients who underwent femoral head replacement from January 2021 to November 2023 in the Department of Orthopaedic Joint Trauma, the Fifth People's Hospital of Fuyang,Anhui Province, according to the score of the tampa scale for kinesiophobia(TSK),the patients were divided into non-kinetophobia group(61 cases)and kinetophobia group(41 cases),the general data, and the scores numerical rating scale(NRS),multidimensional health locus of control(MHLC),functional independence measures(FIM),and social support rating scale(SSRS)were investigated, and the influencing factors were analyzed by logistic regression mode. Results The incidence of kinesophobia after femoral head replacement was and the scores 40.2%(41/102).Cultural background,NRS,MHCC,FIM score and SSRS score of kinetophobia group were lower than those of non-kinetophobia group(P<0.05).logistic regression analysis showed that age(OR=3.102,95%CI=1.670-5.762,P=0.001))and NRS(OR=4.591,95%CI=2.133-9.878,P=0.002)were independent risk factors for postoperative fear.MHLC(OR=0.590,95%CI=0.558-0.625,P<0.001),FIM(OR=0.299,95%CI=0.164-0.544,P<0.001),SSRS(OR=0.268,95%e CI=0.155-0.463,P<0.001)were independent protective factor for postoperative fear. Conclusion Patients after femoral head replacement have a high chance of fear behavior,so we should pay attention to their postoperative fear behavior, and implement intervention for patients in terms of age, pain degree, health attribution attitude,so as to reduce the degree of postoperative phobia.
