物理抗菌网液在儿童低温等离子扁桃体切除术后康复中的应用效果

目的 探讨物理抗菌网液在儿童低温等离子扁桃体切除术后康复中的应用效果.方法 便利抽样法选取2022年6月至2023年6月温州医科大学附属第二医院耳鼻咽喉科接受治疗的180例儿童扁桃体切除术患儿,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各90例.对照组术后采用常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用物理抗菌网液.比较两组患儿术后并发症总发生率、住院时间、切口愈合时间及临床疗效.结果 观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组住院时间、切口愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05).两组临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 物理抗菌网液在儿童低温等离子扁桃体切除术后口腔管理中的应用效果显著,有助于降低患儿术后并发症的发生,促进手术切口的早期恢复,值得临床推广应用.
Application effect of physical antibacterial mesh solution in rehabilitation of children after low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy
Objective To investigate the application effect of physical antibacterial mesh solution on rehabilitation of children after low-tempera-ture plasma tonsillectomy.Methods A total of 180 children with tonsillectomy who received treatment in Department of Otolaryngology,Wenzhou Medical University Affiliated Second Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected by convenient sampling method,and they were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing measures,and the observation group was treated with physical antibacterial mesh solution on the basis of routine nursing.The total incidence of postoperative complications,hospital stay,wound healing time,and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Hospital stay,wound healing time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of physical antibacterial mesh solution in oral administration after low-temperature plasma tonsillectomy in children is significant,which can help reduce postoperative complications and promote the early recovery of surgical incision,and is worthy of clini-cal application.
