Effect of interactive health education model on cooperation and improve-ment of children with pneumonia
Objective To explore the treatment effect ofinteractive health education on children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 96 children with pneumonia diagnosed and treated in Taihe Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into routine group and intervention group,with 48 cases in each group.The routine group received routine nursing,and intervention group received interactive health education.Both groups treated until the children were discharged from hospital.The improvement of mental state,treatment coop-eration,disease knowledge of family members of the children before and after intervention and condition improvement were compared between two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of screen for child anxiety related emotional disorder in two groups were lower than before interven-tion,and intervention group was lower than routine group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment cooperation of intervention group was better than that of routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease knowledge of family members of the children in intervention group was better than that in routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of fever,lung rales disappear,cough disappear,and hospital stay in intervention group were shorter than those in routine group,and the differ-ences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Interactive health education can improve the negative emotions of children with pneumo-nia,and the overall effect is ideal.
