目的 探究半导体激光联合Dyract复合材料填充在敏感型牙齿楔状缺损修复中的效果.方法 选取2019年6月至2022年6月于江苏省常州市武进中医院口腔科接受治疗的敏感型牙齿楔状缺损患者90例,采用随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组,各45例.对照组采用铒钇铝石榴石激光联合Dyract复合材料填充治疗.试验组采用半导体激光联合Dyract复合材料填充治疗.比较两组治疗1年后修复体固位满意情况,治疗前后牙周组织应力;比较治疗前及治疗后即刻、4周、12周冷气刺激情况[视觉模拟评分法(VAS)];比较两组治疗后不良反应总发生率、修复体边缘密合性.结果 试验组修复体固位满意例数占比高于对照组(P<0.05),两组色泽协调性、表面形态满意情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗后,两组30°、60°、90.方向上牙周组织应力均小于治疗前(P<0.05).两组治疗后30°、60°、90.方向上牙周组织应力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).两组治疗后即刻、4周、12周VAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后即刻、4周、12周试验组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).试验组修复体边缘密合性优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 半导体激光联合Dyract复合材料填充在敏感型牙齿楔状缺损修复中可提高修复体边缘密合性、修复体固位率,改善冷气刺激情况.
Effect of semiconductor laser combined with Dyract composite material in the restoration of sensitive wedge-shaped defects
Objective To explore the effect of semiconductor laser combined with Dyract composite material in the restoration of sensitive wedge-shaped tooth defects.Methods A total of 90 patients with sensitive wedging tooth defects who were treated in the Department of Stomatology,Wujin Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jiangsu Province from June 2019 to June 2019 were selected and they were divided into the ex-perimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with erbium-dopedyttrium aluminum garnet laser combined with Dyract composite material.The experimental group was treated with semiconduc-tor laser combined with Dyract composite material.The repair retention satisfaction after treatment were compared and periodontal tissue stress be-fore and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Cold air stimulation(visual analogue scale[VAS])was compared before treatment,immediately after treatment,4 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment.The total incidence of adverse reactions and the edge adhesion of the prosthesis were compared between the two groups.Results The proportion of satisfaction of restoration retention in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in color coordination and surface shape satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the periodontal tissue stress at 30°,60°,and 90° in both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in periodontal tissue stress at 30°,60°,and 90° between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).VAS scores of the two groups immediately after treatment,at 4 weeks and 12 weeks were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);VAS scores of experimental group were lower than control group immediately after treatment,at 4 weeks and 12 weeks(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total inci-dence ofadverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The edge adhesion of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Semiconductor laser combined with Dyract composites material in sensitive teeth wedge-shaped defect restoration can be improved edge or sex,restoration retention rate,improve air conditioning stimulus situation.
