目的 比较曲安奈德益康唑软膏和联苯苄唑溶液治疗真菌性外耳道炎的效果.方法 选取2022年1月至2023年10月就诊于北京市第一中西医结合医院耳鼻咽喉科门诊的124例真菌性外耳道炎患者,按照随机数字表法分为曲安奈德益康唑组(TAEC 组)和联苯苄唑组(BIF组),每组62例.TAEC组给予外耳道放置裹有曲安奈德益康唑软膏的棉纱治疗,BIF组给予外耳道放置浸有联苯苄唑溶液的棉纱治疗.比较两组近期疗效及不同停药时间复发情况.结果 BIF组近期疗效优于TAEC组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组停药2、4、8周复发率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 联苯苄唑溶液较曲安奈德益康唑软膏治疗真菌性外耳道炎的起效快,疗效显著.
Effect comparison of Triamcinolone Acetonide Econazole Ointment and Bifonazole solution in the treatment of fungal otitis externa
Objective To compare effect of triamcinolone acetonide econazole ointment and bifonazole solution in the treatment of fungal otitis ex-terna.Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients with fungal external otitis admitted to Department of Otolaryngology in Beijing First Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine from January 2022 to October 2023 were selected and divided into Triamcinolone Acetonide Econazole Ointment group(TAEC group)and Bifonazole group(BIF group)according to random number table method,with 62 cases in each group.TAEC group was treated with external ear canal placed wrapped with triamcinolone acetonide econazole ointment,and BIF group was treated with external ear canal placed wrapped with bifonazole solution.Short-term efficacy and recurrence of different drug withdrawal times between two groups were compared.Results Short-term efficacy of BIF group was better than that of TAEC group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in recurrence rate of two,four and eight weeks after drug withdrawal between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Bifendazole solution is more effective than triamcinolone acetonide econazole ointment in the treatment of fungal otitis externa,has remarkable cu-rative effect.
