The characteristic acupuncture method of Wang Leting's six inch gold needle"Quchi to Binao"adopts the shallow needling and trans-verse penetration method of this meridian.The selection of acupoints is based on the theory of"same qi communication"between meridian points with the same name,according to the theory of visceral differentiation,the liver is connected to the large intestine,and the"Quchi to Binao"path-way connects the liver to achieve the goal of treating both manifestation and root cause of disease;according to the theory of visceral phenomena,acupuncture at the acupoints of the large intestine meridian has the effect of resolving phlegm,dispersing nodules,and eliminating blood stasis by dispersing body fluids.This paper mainly explores the theoretical basis of Wang Leting's penetration needing for the treatment of breast hyperplasia,and concludes that the soft and warm characteristics of gold needle and the characteristics of penetrating one needle and four points are the key fac-tors for the treatment of breast hyperplasia.
