Application effect of optimal bladder management program in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of optimal bladder management in patients undergoing cervical cancer surgery.Methods A total of 103 patients with cervical cancer treated in the Department of Gynecology of Huaian First People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from July 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the observation objects,they were numbered from 01 to 103 and divided into control group(singular)and inter-vention group(even),the control group(51 cases)received routine bladder nursing measures,and the intervention group(52 cases)received optimal bladder management measures.Hope level between two groups were analyzed before intervention and four weeks after intervention;the bladder function during urine storage and urination were compared between the two groups;and the complications were recorded in the two groups.Results After four weeks of intervention,the hope level scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The distributed urethral pressure and bladder pressure in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The totalcomplication rate of the intervention group was lower than that of the controlgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion The optimal bladder management program can enhance the hope level,improve the bladder function,and reduce the complica-tion of urinary tract infection in patients with cervical cancer surgery.
