Effect of objective implementation program based on cognitive internal-ization orientation on sleep condition and self-efficacy of upper gastroin-testinal bleeding
Objective To explore the effect of objective implementation program based on cognitive internalization orientation on sleep condition and self-efficacy of upper gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods A total of 102 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected from Hua-ian NO.4 People's Hospital,Jiangsu Province from March 2019 to May 2021 as the study object, according to random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observa-tion group was given objective implementation program based on cognitive internalization orientation. The scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),general self-efficacy scale(GSES),and treatment emergent symptom scale(TESS)before and after nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the PSQI scores in both groups were lower than before nursing, and those of observation group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);the GSES scores of the two groups were higher than before nursing, and those of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05);the overall analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in inter-group comparison,time-point comparison, and interaction comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).Further pound-wise comparison and intra-group compari-son:the TESS time points were compared between the two groups after intervention, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In-ter-group comparison:the TESS scores three, four weeks after intervention of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding, the objective implementation program based on cognitive internalization orientation nursing measures can improve the sleep quality of patients, improve self-efficacy,and reduce the side effect score.
