Effect of psychosomatic relaxation training on negative emotion and sleep quality in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coro-nary intervention
Objective To investigate the effect of psychosomatic relaxation training on negative emotion and sleep quality in patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 98 patients after PCI treated in Jieshou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Anhui Province from January to December 2022 were selected. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 49 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and experimental group was combined with psychosomatic relaxation training on the basis of control group. After six months of follow-up,negative emotion and sleep quality were compared between two groups. Results After six months of follow-up,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in both groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After six months of follow-up,the scores of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)of each dimension and total score of two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the scores of sleep quality, sleeping time, sleep efficiency, sleep disorder, and PSQI total score of experimental group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychosomatic relaxation training can help relieve negative emotion and improve sleep quality in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
