Application effect of team nursing management mode in patients with acute epiglottitis
Objective To analyze the application effect of team nursing management mode in patients with acute epiglottitis.Methods A total of 102 patients with acute epiglottitis admitted to Department of Emergency,the First Affiliated Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Air Force Medical University from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into control group and experi-mental group by red and blue balls random method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and experimental group implemented team nursing management.The success rate of treatment,prognosis time,and hospital stay of two groups were compared;the levels of white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil count(NEUT),lymphocyte count(LC),and platelet count(PLT)before and after nursing were compared between two groups;and the total incidence of complication and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The success rate of treatment in experimental group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).The prognosis time and hospital stay of experimen-tal group were shorter than those of control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of WBC,NEUT,LC,and PLT in two groups were lower than before treatment,and those in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complication in experi-mental group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The implementation of team nursing management mode for patients with acute epiglottitis can effectively improve the suc-cess rate of treatment and nursing satisfaction.
