Effect of hierarchical nursing of risk prevention and control on functional recovery and prognosis of children with bronchitis
Objective To explore effect of hierarchical nursing of risk prevention and control on functional recovery and prognosis of children with bronchitis.Methods Ninety children with bronchitis admitted to Pediatric Department of Haian People's Hospital in Jiangsu Province from Febru-ary 2021 to January 2022 were selected and divided into two groups by using random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Control group received routine care,while observation group received hierarchical nursing of risk prevention and control.Lung function,clinical symptom resolution time and nursing service quality scores between two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,maximum ventilation capacity,forced lung capacity and lung capacity of two groups were higher than those before intervention,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Disappearance time of clinical symptoms such as cough,fever,wheezing and lung wheezing in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Scores of nursing service quality in all dimensions in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical nursing of risk prevention and control can effectively improve lung function of children with bronchitis,shorten improvement time of clinical symptom,and improve nursing satisfaction of family members.
