Effect of solution focused model on self-management ability and negative emotions in elderly high risk population of coronary heart disease
Objective To explore effect of solution focused model on self-management ability and negative emotions in elderly high risk population of coronary heart disease.Methods One hundred and twenty elderly high risk population of coronary heart disease admitted to Health Road Com-munity Service Center in Jingkou District of Zhenjiang City in Jiangsu Province from April to October 2021 were selected and they were divided into two groups by using random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.Control group received routine health education,while observation group received nursing intervention of solution focused model on the basis of control group.The intervention lasted for six months.Self-management ability and negative emotions between two groups before and after intervention were compared.Results After intervention,self-management ability scores of two groups were higher than before intervention,and those of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).After intervention,scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in two groups were lower than before intervention,and those in ob servation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Solution focused model can effectively improve self-management ability of elderly high risk population of coronary heart disease,alleviate their negative emotions,reduce risk of coronary heart disease,and improve ability of primary prevention ofcoronary heart disease.
