Construction of quality evaluation index system for remote electrocardio-gram diagnosis in medical consortium
Objective To construct scientific and systematic remote electrocardiogram diagnosis quality evaluation index system within medical consortium,and provide basis for the evaluation and continuous improvement of remote electrocardiogram diagnosis.Methods Quality evaluation index system entries for remote electrocardiogram diagnosis within medical consortium had been modified and improved through two rounds of Del-phi expert consultations.Weights of indicators were obtained through analytic hierarchy process,and complete quality evaluation index system for remote electrocardiogram diagnosis in medical consortium was constructed.In December 2021,convenient sampling method was adopted to select six community health service centers of Union Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology lo-cated in Wuhan Economic Development Zone as the pre-investigation objects to conduct a pre-investigation and reliability and validity test on the dimensions and items of the quality evaluation index system for remote electrocardiogram diagnosis in medical consortium.Results Expert consul-tation recovery rates for the first and second rounds was 100.0％ and 86.2％respectively,and the positive coefficient of experts was 0.86,indicating that experts were highly motivated.In the first and second rounds,the degree coefficient of expert authority was 0.84 and 0.85 respectively,indicat-ing that expert consultation had high authority.Finally,a quality evaluation index system for remote electrocardiogram diagnosis in medical consor-tium was established with seven primary indicators(organization and environment,leadership role,core process,personnel support,process control,performance evaluation,and continuous improvement)and 24 secondary indicators,and weights of indicators were reasonably set.The total content validity index of the scale was 0.912,and Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.783.Conclusion The quality evaluation index system for remote electro-cardiogram diagnosis in medical consortium established in this study is scientific and reliable,and can provide a basis for the quality evaluation and continuous improvement of remote electrocardiogram diagnosis.
