Study on the knowledge-attitude-practice of enhanced recovery after surgery among gynecological medical staff in Guizhou Province based on structural equation model
Objective To analyze the knowledge-attitude-practice status of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)among gynecological medical staff in Guizhou Province by using structural equation and to provide a reference basis for the development of related training programs. Methods In August 2023,self-administered questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of ERAS knowledge-attitude-practice among gyneco-logical medical staff in Guizhou Province.Additionally, structural equation model was established to explore the effect path and potential influenc-ing factors of ERAS knowledge-attitude-practice.Results The ERAS knowledge score rate was the lowest, standing at 68.91%,while the attitude part of the score rate was the highest, reaching 86.18%.Surprisingly,only 45.78%of the population had an excellent ERAS knowledge, attitude, and practice score situation.Structural equation model fitting of each index reached the standard, and path analysis showed that the path coefficient of the influence of knowledge on attitude was 0.477,and the path coefficient of the influence of attitude on practice was 0.436,and attitude showed a partial mediating role in the process of the effect of knowledge on practice, and the mediating effect accounted for 49.81%of the total effect value. Conclusion The ERAS knowledge, attitude, and practice score of gynecological medical staff in Guizhou Province is relatively low.The structural equation model suggests that ERAS attitude plays a mediating role in the process of knowledge influencing practice, and ERAS practice is not only directly influenced by ERAS knowledge and attitude, but also potentially influenced by other factors.
