Effect of interventions measures based on Caprini scale combined with air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus on deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs in patients
Objective To investigate the effect of interventions measures based on Caprini scale combined with air wave pressure therapeutic ap-paratus on deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs(DVT)in patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods A total of 80 surgery patients with breast cancer admitted to Hefei Second People's Hospital from March 2020 to September 2023 were divided into two groups according to the admission time.Admission time from March 2020 to March 2022 was routine group,admission time from April 2022 to September 2023 was intervention group,with 40 cases in each group.The routine group evaluated preventive care based on the Caprini scale.The intervention group implemented the air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus on the basis of the routine group.The incidence of DVT was observed,and the scores of the World Health Organization quality of life scale before and after intervention and the satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of DVT in the intervention group was lower than that in the routine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in the scores of physiological,psychological,environmental,and social relations between the two groups(P＞0.05).After intervention,the scores of physiological,psychological,environmental,and social relations of the two groups were higher than before in-tervention,and the scores in the intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cance(P＜0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was better than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The interventions measures of based on Caprini scale combined with air wave pressure therapeutic apparatus in patients with breast cancer surgery significantly enhances the prophylactic effects against DVT,diminishes the incidence rate of DVT,improves the quality of life,and yields higher patient satisfaction.
